Personally, I know that guys do it cos they're interested and want a reaction, hell, I do it too! There are instances where guys do it and they're not interested in 'that way' but I seldom hear/ see that.

He thinks you stole money from him and he wants it back. Also, you are the main suspect for poisoning his cat.
Honestly, though. It could mean anything. Some guys are just friendlier than others.

But maybe he's just naturally annoying and does it without reason, it doesn't exactly mean he likes you, although there may be a chance, do you like him, to be reading so into what he does?

It might be that he's just being fun around you because he feels comfortable around you. He probably can't do that to your other friends because he don't feel that close to them as oppose to how he feels around you.
One way to find out is, if he annoys you again be like "haha omg you're like my younger/older brother" and see how his reaction is. If he didn't take it too well then yeah he must like you, if not then it's probably he just feels really comfortable around you lol

I think he's into you and likes your attention, which is why he insists on "bothering" you in class.

I remember when we kissed, I still feel it on my lips.
the time that you danced with me, with no music playing.

I wouldn't entirely agree with the last line there! I really do like this one person, have done for a long time, but shortly after I felt attracted to her, she began dating someone and it's gone on for a long time now. They're great together, I know them both really well, and I don't want to be ruining a good thing...
Anyway, I'm always teasing her and stuff, she takes it well and gives back what I give in terms of insults and such. Recently she's adapted to calling me brother, on a regular basis and instead of taking it badly or showing any sign of offense, I've had to suck it up and put on a happy face and take her as an adopted sister! It's probably made us closer, but it's a step in the wrong direction!

If not, he likes you. And that is a definite.
