I really try not to act differently towards the person I like. I go with the 'treat everyone equally' philosophy - because if you don't, aren't you like two-faced or multi-faced people? Which isn't necessarily good.

Think of it this way. If you treat someone differently, someone can use the reasoning 'you treat them differently' to blame you - but if you treat everyone the same (especially in a good way), it's hard to blame you for treating someone the way you treated them, right?

Well, if it made sense, use it as a piece of inspiration to be yourself around this girl. And who knows, maybe your more demure side is the real you - who knows. Argh. Just don't let her slip from your fingers without telling her how you feel!

yea. i currently have a problem like that. except it's a guy. we have like 2 classes together and i can't think straight when i'm around him. the only times i talk to him is when i pretend to not know the date of the day the homework is due or having a quiz.

The thing with me is that I turn (even more) cold and somehow kind of act hard to get in his eyes, while I'm honestly not trying to. Playing games aren't my thing, but it comes off like that which frustrates me immensely.
