- Cottage cheese. It has a lot of protein and I personally like the flavor. Not all people like the texture
- Egg whites. 60 Calories per egg white and also high in protein!
- Baked/Grilled fish is always good.
I wished I could remember more. I've been very limited on healthy foods lately. :\

I'll finally understand that when he broke my heart, it was for a reason, one I just don't understand yet.
But when I do, I'll know that he messed up and not me.

Apples are LOVE. I eat one before each meal. Overload on apples x__x
I love frozen yoghurt. Probably not as good as natural yoghurt, but that stuff makes me sick.

- Fruits for snacking. They are juicy, healthy, and low fat.
- Wholewheat bread, used for sandwiches with vegetable fillings. Or just toasted with low fat butter filling.
- A hard-boiled egg a day. High protein, low in fat.
- Boiled seafood. Shrimps, fish... All boiled. It tastes a bit, err, plain at first.
- Oatmeal. Blended with banana or apples.
I'm basically an easy eater so everything comes in, although some people may say they are disgusting. XD
