ok, so i just finished watchin fruits basket and i loved it. I want to watch another anime that is kinda cheezy like that and the main characters are 1) for boys cool/mysterious 2) for girls really sweet and innocent like tohru. PLEASE RECOMMEND ONE FOR ME!!! Thanks so much!!!

Marmalade Boy is a shoujo anime.. it's based on the manga (one of my fav. manga). about a girl whose parents decide to split up and marry another couple (who has a boy of their own) these crazy parents decided that they should all live together.... and the rest is very typical of a shoujo manga. (i don't like the anime too much.. i gave up half way)

Full Moon: another shoujo anime based on a manga. about a girl who learns she has 2 or was it 1 years left to live... and she decides to become to fulfill her longlife dream of becoming a singer (even though she has throat cancer.. and her grandma hates music)

It's about a cute girl who ends up going to Japan by herself to meet her favorite high jumper (mysterious), and she has to cut her hair + act like a guy because its a boys school. It's really funny and cute; I like it alot better than Fruits Basket ^^

^you should note that that is a manga, not an anime. so don't go trying to find it at anime bittorrent sites lol.

as for me, i can't recommend anything. i think i've only watched 3 shoujo anime in my life.

She can cook, clean, and do anything a girly girl could do. But she can also play the fierce game of Angelic Layer. OHHHHH!!! AND THE MOST AWESOMEEST GUY IN THE STORY IS OHJIRO!!! HE IS SOOO AWESOME!! RAWR!!!!!!! GOOTA LOVE THAT GUY!!!!! HE IS SO ON MY TO DO LIST. . . HAHAH!! j/k!! HAHAHA. But it's really good and only has 26 episodes. I bought all 26 episodes in a pack for $38.99!! MAN!! What a bargain!! Bought it at Best Buy!

Hikaru No Go....

About a boy who finds an old Go game and there was a ghost in it...the ghost comes out and makes the boy play Go for him coz he's a Go-lover and is obsessed with the game...

He teaches the boy to play Go and the boy ends up liking it and does really well on the quest to be the best Go player there is...

It's REALLY good...it's light and quite funny at times...esp. the ghost, called Sai...i'm d/ling it againg...long though...75 eps...
