Kirsten Dunst tests the waters in this new shoot for the December 2009 issue of Allure magazine.

The 27-year-old actress spoke about her ex, being a child actress and her tiny NYC apartment.

On ex Jake Gyllenhaal: “It would be nice to see him, but we’re not good friends.”

On being a child actress: “I think everyone is born with natural abilities, and it just happened for.”

On her small apartment and inviting guests over: “My girlfriends will sleep in bed with me, but no guests - not long-term, anyway.”

I fell in love with her in Marie Antoinette, and loved her ever since.
I think she's absolutely adorable.

i loved her in Marie Antoinette, then again what girl didn't? the costumes and everything is gorgeous as is the soundtrack. I like her style, the way she dresses... but I wish Allure did something more dramatic with the makeup.

I always loved her acting more when she was a kid - Interview with the Vampire was brilliant and she did an excellent job in Little Women! Seeing her as MJ in Spiderman kind of killed it for me...didn't like her acting at all.

She looks great though! Has she been in any movies recently?

I thought her and Jake were such a cute couple back in the days.. but I never really understood why they broke up. She's a good actress in Mona Lisa Smile but her acting in the Spider Man series was not that great.
