so i don't know if this is the reason, but when me and my bf walk and he puts his arms around me and i put my arms around his waist, we can't seem to walk straight and properly. Is it because he's too short?
or is it because i am too fat for him..>_< and that makes us walk awkwardly....?

Just sounds like you don't know what you're doing. Try just holding hand or his arm instead.

I have problems walking with my boyfriend, but it's because he's really tall o_O. When he puts his arms around me, I put my arms around his waist [because he's about a bit more than a foot taller than me, lol] Maybe just hold hands if it's too awkward?

putting arms around each other is not practical
when i do that to my hubby, we couldn't walk straight either

Yeah i've tried that way of walking before as well with all my boyfriends..

It's not about height--it's about committing yourself to a three-legged race when there's no need to. When I'm walking with a guy, I just hold his hand. He can wrap his arms around me and walk when I'm falling over drunk and there's a cop on our heels.

It's not that the guy is short. It's that one of your legs is longer than the other.

Hold hands, it's so much easier because when you're arms are linked around each others bodies like that you have to walk in unison because if you don't then you can't walk right.
