i was talking to this girl. and we got really close.
only reason why i didnt ask her out was because she got with someone
while i was talking to her.. but i forgot that.
and she started to give me hints to ask her out..
she said that some kid was bothering her, and i said i'll talk to him for u, and she said "we're meant to be "
that's one. second, she makes some stupid reasons to talk to me. and
she always wants to be with me, and says i'm her BFF (threw me off too)
and it was almost 100% that she liked me.
i didn't know wat to do, so my friend talked to one of her friends...and she said
that she doesn't wanna have a intimate relationship with me...
that just really really really pissed me off, and i'm in one of the most horrible moods ever.
why did she BS like that. and i'm definately trying HARD to forget...but i always have to think about it.

In my opinion, she probably was just playing with you in a friendly way.
sometimes, in general, you can misunderstand signals given off from people. like how "she started giving off hints" that could probably be a misinterpretation.

either way just, like you said, forget about it.
if she doesn't want to be in a relationship with you then that's her business. You're probably a decent guy and she's probably missing out on something good.

I've experienced something similar except for me it was with a girl that I had a relationship for 2 years. At the end of 2 years, our relationships got bad and we broke up maybe 2 times over the course of 6 months or so. After that, we got really close again and I thought we were back to the way things were before. Because she has told me that she wanted to do so many things with me, and that she said we were boyfriend and girlfriend again. Then one day, she goes out clubbing and 3 days after... bam! she gets herself another guy and I was basically kicked to the curb. Yea.. I don't know why but it seems like girls like to give false hope. Either that or they don't know what the hell they want...And you can imagine how pissed I was when this happened to me because I was trying so hard to trust her.

but don't go thinking every female does that. sure they wanna manipulate our puny male minds and unloved souls so that we can be some handsome accessory to show off to the world, but why should we be dissatisfied with that if we get what we want?
