I'm a first timer.. so I'm pretty noob at this stuff..
I just wanted to know when you and a boy are considered "official"?
And, if thinking about him gives you butterflies, does that mean you genuinely like him?

You have to establish that you two are officially "going out". Talk to him after a few dates
It means you're infatuated with him. Puppy love? give it a few weeks or months, and it'll go away. haha
