I just reformatted my computer and my mouse was still working after i reformatted. But the next day when I turn on my computer, my mouse doesn't work at all for my computer. I tried different mouses but still they don't work. I tried the mouses on my bro's computer and they work perfectly. Can anyone tell me what;s the problem and how to fix it to get my mouse working on my computer?

are you using USB mice? PS2 mice seem to work with anything but USB mice can sometimes not work...
you may need to download drivers for your motherboard (your motherboard make and model should be printed somewhere on the top edge of your motherboard)... you can find the driver(s) at the manufacturer's website, (make sure to get the USB driver if one is available)...

in other words. ps2 is the round one. USB is the square one/ its a Line.
I had problems with a usb mouse before. find the model and make of ur mouse. Goto the website download the drivers and install em. that should fix the problem. OR you could look for a converter from usb -> ps2

everytime you reformat make sure you have the drivers for the motherboard. You need to find out what model your motherboard is by opening the computer up and looking for the name on it, or if its mmanufactured from dell, compaq, gateway, just go to their site, look up your computer model number and download the drivers for it. you can right click My Computer, right click properties, hardware tab, device manager and look for any yellow question marks. Its most likely your usb driver that is missing so go install it
