korean ringtones..... ???????

i was wondering where i could upload korean ringtones for free....
i have a samsung phone....and i was wonering if it was possible even to do such a thing =]



if not KOREAn ringtones...any other ringtones other than the ones they provide would be cool

The easiest way I can think of having korean ringtones on your phone is transferring sound clips of the korean songs you want as a ringtone using bluetooth (I've done this before). If your phone doesn't have bluetooth, you will have to get a data cable to connect your phone to your computer. However, if your phone has bluetooth and if your computer does (if it doesn't, you can buy a bluetooth adapter for pretty cheap), you can then transfer files.

You'll need a sound editing program (that can edit mp3's which I'm guessing is the format you have your songs in) and cut out like a portion of the song that you want as your ringtone. Then, just transfer it over. Also, now that I think about it, your phone should be able to play mp3's...most recent phones do I believe though.

^ do you use a gsm phone or cdma? gsm phones are phones that are under cingular and tmobile. cdma is verizon sprint and ampd. if you have gsm than use wap or data cable. cdma i think the lg vx9100 got wap but you can always use a data cable to upload w/e you want to cell phone. hope that helps.

IF you guys have mp3 compatible phone that you can set mp3 songs as ringtones and have memory slots on your phone...

then i can surely help or take requests or something.

As long as you specifically state which part of the song you want as ring tone (i.e. start 1:27 to end 1:49)

^wow thats pretty generous of you. i dont feel like dling songs onto my phone through wap because cost money... i cant find a software to use to upload stuff from pc to phone... i got a data cable but no software. i use lg ce500 btw.

Is your phone a mp3 player? does it have a Transflash or memory card slot?

If both of those are a "yes", then I can help you...but if you don't have those I guess i can't. sorry sweatingbullets.gif

on my transflash card on my samsung phone, i just use it with the SD adapter,
wait
now tht i think about it, you cant put ringtones on the TF card and make the phone use them..

=P i just upload and send em 2 my phone, Samsung A940 is what i have
