Help with subtitles Two subtitles are shown instead of one

Hi I'm having some problems with the subittles, weird things is that this has never happened before. I've uploaded an image to show you the problem.

I'm seeing two subtitles. One on the bottom as shown but another one where her arm is (which for some reason is not shown on this picture

) How can I make the bottom subtitle disappear?

i think you have both the WMP and vobsub subtitles running at the same time... try disabling one of them and see how you go

WMP play->captions->off
vobsub -> not entirely sure... i think it's that green arrow-looking thing down the bottom right of your screen, try right-clicking it and selecting close or disable, or playing around with its settings

Thank you so much! It turns out it was the windows media player had the subtitles on. I didn't even know WMP had subtitles option........
