i need help turning off the shutter sound in silent mode... Its soo annoying!

i heard its illegal to make phones without a shutter noise to prevent people from being photographed without consent. (in Canada anyways)

^ Yeah... most Korean phones, LG and Samsung, require the shutter sound, because there were a lot of incidents where people took pictures of people that were inappropriate...

its not possible to turn off shutter sound on T-Mobile branded T-809
