I recommend Image Grabber II. It's really simple to use and they can put the caps together or you can take big separate ones. You can also simply just use Windows Media Player if there's a frame you really want and just press printscreen. If you're interested in the second one, I can write out an instruction for you. Just ask.

it's pretty good for screencap-ing videos, and you can forward through the vid bit by bit and select the best frame before you printscreen it. It may be a lil tedious if you wanna capture many images though.

but i have an analysis of this pv:
i think they feel trapped due to fans, new reporter, tabloid writers, etc. they feel constricted, and the need to make new songs to please the crowd, etc hence the fact that they are in a cage. and ruki's voice of being "hoarse" is probably just him showing that he and the band are angry/frustrated and so on. but maybe its the smoking too he should definitely stop that.

that's a really good analysis...it made me think about all of their song and what kind of meanings they hold
my poor ruki suffering from all the pressure from the world TT_______TT if only there was a way to help him i'd do anything!
