I looked back to pg 1931, and I found info on his Toronto, Canada Concert and Bangkok Concert,
but no information on his New York, USA concert?? TT.TT

Could some kind hearted person tell me the status on the New York concert?
Last I heard was that they are still deciding to have it or not....
and does checking the ticketmaster usa site help? because I heard it is often not listed, even tho the concert has been confirmed...

harharhar! This clip made me laugh today. When ISJ said that Rain didn't invite her again for the concert... he was speechless! He didn't even try to correct or explain his side. I think with what ISJ said, it just proves that they are not really close friends. But maybe in the future! We never know!

For those BiKyo fans who will not support Rain anymore if he announces a different girl as his girlfriend, that's disapponting. But that's their problem, their prerogative and their loss. same thing for antis or non believers for not supporting Rain if ever he chooses SHK.

POPSTAR RAIN TO RELEASE 5TH ALBUM IN THE US

K-pop star Rain, who is enjoying pan-Asian popularity, will officially debut in the US market with the release of a worldwide version of his 5th album, planned for the latter half of next year.

Rain told reporters that his 5th album, to be released next year, will target the global market. The singer also said that a showcase of his new music will be held overseas with the release of the new album.

Rain's 5th album will include several tracks in English and will be released simultaneously in the world market. Rain recently released his 4th album, "Rain's World," on October 13th and is busy promoting his new music.

Finally Rain's Taiwan concert was ended successfully. Although the preparation and publicity period was decided in short period, it still created a record of 6,000 tickets sold out within 2 hours after the online ticketing started on March 19. Some passionate fans even camped in front of the stadium 4 days before the concert. Obviously Taiwan fans are looking forward to this concert very much.


Rain's world tour is the second concert held by Korean singers in Taiwan, and hence fans and media are concern about this concert. In particular, part of the concert profit will be donated to charity organisations in Taoyuan area. Rain was invited to visit a childcare centre for handicapped children, and he had dinner with them. The fans and media were very impressed by his social caring attitude.



All the headlines these days were full of "RAIN". Anything relevant to Rain such as his hotel, when he woke up (=.= walao), what food he had in the hotel, the time he went out, the fashion brand that he wore, etc were reported in details. However, under such tight control, <Apple Daily> was still able to capture the rehearsal scene on March 30 and reported this article in the next morning. The staffs had to be highly alert to prevent those Taiwan paparazzi to sneak in.


On the concert day, famous Taiwan artists also went to support and heated up the atmosphere more! Lee Hom prepared flowers to wish Rain a successful concert. Taiwan fans yelled loudest for the song <Is it good that I'm famous?>, in which Rain performed his 'drunk martial art'. Fans commented, "Rain can't speak fluent Chinese but he did try to express his kindness."


A press conference was held after his concert. Rain thanked all his fans and media and said, "I grade myself 80% for this performance, but the cheers of fans should worth 100%!! I shall bring another 100% concert next time."

Rain attended a post-concert meeting with the crews after press conference. An hour after the concert, he was leaving but he was shocked to find out there were about 1,000 fans lingering in the stadium waiting for him~

Although there was tight security around Rain's rest room, it couldn't stop this Korean super star to create another 'hometown' in this small space Rain only requested for 120 cups of Korean made "NongShim" cup noodle. Therefore, the staffs went to the nearby convenient shops and bought all the remaining stocks!


Probably NongShin should consider Rain as their spokeman
I think he'll be EXTREMELY happy to film CF of eating noodles....

The special restroom for Rain and his dancers located within Taoyuan Stadium, orignally it is te restoom for trainers. The Korean side was quite strict about the flow to avoid unnecessary disturbance. Only JYPE staffs and a few authorised people had the access. And the staffs would lock the door before they left.

Rain did not have any requirement about the restroom, he just simply asked for sofa, mirrors and towels. The most important thing for Rain was indeed "FOOD". In this concert, the organiser prepared buffets for dancers and staffs. In addition, Rain has his own unique 'food list': An auto-beverage machine, drinking water, low fat milk, sports drink etc. Fridge is a must to store these beverages.

Other than drinks, another must-have is NongShim noodles. Regardless of so many nice food he ever tries, Rain still loves this Korean instant noodles and he will eat some when he is hungry before his rehearsal or concert.

31.03.07 Touching story about Bi

We had our dinner at Taoyuan, while waiting for the shuttle bus to stadium, we managed to chat with restaurant staffs. This buddy was one of the staffs during Uri Bi's visit to kindergarden. He highly praised Uri Bi is very kind and he loves children. Since most of the kids are handicapped, Jihun would help them to wipe their mouths whenever he saw saliva coming out. Sometimes he fed them, too.

This buddy was touched because he could feel that it's Jihun's true color. We were so touched too when listening to him, as we did have a very good idol~

And now, the kids were coming. Each of them has a bag, contained 4th abum (with Jihun's autograph) and SE and presents. Again we were touched seeing their smiling faces.

p.s. what i wanna say is: Uri Bi is really an angle!

Ahhh this thread flies fast.. Finally got to see the concert.. Is it just me or has his English improved heaps? I actually want to see more of him speaking English now unlike before when I skipped some of the English parts..And the fans are crazy! And he spoke a little Korean! Woo! Haven't heard this much shouting since Malaysia's tour..yay Taiwan was a fun stop for him. Thanks everyone for the fan accounts and the pictures!

hey, you know what i just notice .. rain ALWAYS wears a beanie every time he gets off the plane. this is my theory for why he always wears it .... he's very busy nowadays with his world tour and he doesn't get that many hours of sleep. so, when he's on the plane there's not really much he can do ... so he sleeps. and when he wakes up from his nap his hair gets all messy..so he just puts a beanie on to hide his messy hair. LOL ! yeah? it sounds reasonable right? maybe i'm just thinking too much .. haha.

since everyone seems a bit discontent in this topic, i'll share a funny story about my misfortune!

SOO THE OTHER DAY, i had a bit of a cold, and me and my friend started to joke around and "breathe" like rain in "It's Raining". then i had soar throat the next day; i guess i breathed too hard! hahha.. yeah. i still have a soar throat now and will never be able to breathe like rain! XD
