anyone have a notice that what has been happening China concert promotion ??? I noticed that at the begining of the World tour (october last year) Rain said that he would have about 5 or 7 concerts in many cities of China ... Now, it turns down only 1 concert in Shanghai, china. What's wrong????? is it because of not enough promotion in China or some other reasons?
I hope Rain would have more concerts in China as Lee Hoom does: China is a big Asian market and it would be great if Rain has more fans there.

Hey, thanks for your info! I got this info too, I'm more concerned about when his tickets are going on sale, because I'm most probably getting them through Ticketmaster. I don't live in the US, so its a bit inconvenient for me to call the numbers.

The Ticketmaster website doesn't say much about any of Rain's concerts, just the Toronto one. I just hope I'm able to get tickets in time.

Anybody who lives in the US willing to help me make the call? If so, please help me out! Thanks!

I'm not sure about China but
Thailand concerts promoter/sponsor/organiser is doing great job.
at least they give enough time to sell tickets and fans to prepare for concert.
Rain is already well known there. that's another advantage. easy access to go there as well.

I kinda agree w/ this re:bkk organizer, even what pau (fatgrrl_slim) mentioned take part as well. I was amongst the 'last minute' goer for Bkk concert, I didn't plan to go as I've been to two of Bi's concert and I thought, maybe I'll pass this one... , initially, but my other 15 or so friends (RainIndo) were still are excited of going. I just clicked the link, majorcineplex, all the procedure, choosing seat, payment with credit card was so easy. We got confirmation on screen, printed it, later, bring that confirmation (or just write down the PIN #) and ecxhange that with the real tix in Bkk. This is the same procedure for Int. Cloud for Sin. concert last time & hopefully things will go well later in Bkk. This year's procedure is way much better than getting tix for Rainy Day Bkk for me .....anyway Rainy Day Bkk concert tix (2006) is the best imo, it's like a credit card, I bring it along whereever I go.. I wish Bkk organizer will print the same thing or even better this time as well...

Hey Art~~~believe this is someone's account (a student of that school) about how Rain showed up at this school in Sydney called Global College around 2 pm. Apparently he was suppose to show up the day before but came the day after instead. The school is run by Koreans and according to this student one of people in charge of the school knew Rain back from the time before he was famous. Moreover there are tons of Koreans in the school, so a small gathering of some sort with Rain was put together. That picture was taken with the student's cell phone and was not very clear, but he/she thinks that come night time there might be other pictures of him taken at the school that will be posted all over the internet. Not exactly sure what the student was trying to say in the rest of that post, but that's basically the gist of it all. Anybody care to translate further?

070412: Today Rain went to a school, Fun!
At 2pm, he suddenly arrived at my school, (A Sydney school scalled "Global College". Actually, he was suppose to have come yesterday, but in the end (something - �”�了鸽子Although I didn't know him too well, but it was very interesting. [goes on about photo being not clear, other people will have clearer pics.]

The school was opened by a Korean, i think it was said the the Director (person he opened the school), knew Rain before Rain became famous. Hence there's many Koreans in the school, and so a small meeting/gathering was arranged (with Rain). Because i didn't like Rain/wasn't interested, I didn't continue to research/stay. P.S: Just now i just had one look, took a photo and left. Perhaps he might have even sang a song, however in the first 10 minutes he didn't look like focused/high spirit. (How come I feel like a member of the paparazzi, [something about evidence, i don't get it lol..]

Rain will visit Tokyo 18~19/April, for Press Conference.
His concert will be held between 21~26/May.

really waiting in anticipation of his concert tomorrow..worried abt the turnout..afterall,i think its quite brave of him to stage a concert of that scale in a relatively new country..if its really 8000 concert goers,i think its great enough! but i think the co that manages his concerts is really digging its own grave if they are still so slipshod ..hope his rest of the concerts are more well-managed & well-planned!
