I think we should give comments for Rain why he's worth to make the list.
Since there is not enough information displayed there, we should comment and give clear picture of Rain.
I think voting and giving comment will be more sensible as TIME is asking our votes as well as our opinion and reason"why".

I'm so proud of him as he is again considered for the list... GO RAIN!!!!!!!

Bi #1? I don't think so. I think Oprah/Bono/Steve Spangler deserve it more than him. They've dedicated their lives to actually helping people out. He doesn't have to be number one, this isn't a popularity contest. Sorry, I just want everyone to vote from their hearts and decide which has greatly influenced the world for that matter.

Wow its good to Bi at list number 5 right now, that mean its name will be seen in top list box, residing in all page from candidates

is the vote count when we rank RAIN from the scale next to his profit picture? I mean is that it..i wonna make sure im voting lol
yay im so exited!!.. Guys,the total votes number is really not that big!!..we can make rain No.1

...about rain deserving this or not, I think RAIN has an influence on me and thats why im voting for him!!
it doesnt matter what kind of influence he has... i mean if the politicians, humanitarian and so..are the ones
to make the list, then they should have not put names of entertainers on the list!!!.. its just my opinion

director Ang Lee or somethingg, i think.[EDIT: wait
