I didn't cast my vote at Time yet. Well, it seems like you've already voted for me - voting so many times - coz he's got so many votes already. He's at the list again and that's pretty good. It's okay if he's not number 1 coz he really isnt the most influential, but he is one of them.

*Hope he wins the Best New Actor Award tomorrow.. but why do I have this feeling that he wont? I hope I'm wrong. something's wrong with me today..feeling doubtful of Bi... toink!

I am so shock to see some comments for Rain. those comments are rude(contain swearing that I've never read or heard b4). *shock* these comments contain race, religion and porn... *double shock*
WORSE! these comments sound like they are coming fron Rain's fans. I believe fans will never say such things to ruin his image.I think this is some people trick to let Rain and his fans/supporters down. I can't understand why some people hate him so much that they spend so much time to bring him down *doesn't it mean he is influential, good or bad* it's not like fans love him and vote for him which makes sense.

just my opinion, Rain's fans don't start the fight or bash other candidates, just simply excited and happy for him.

but I have to say Rain topic flooded the TIME section. the thing I feel sad and shocked is that all that indecent and rude comments.
I think fans intention to vote for him not only to show love and support but also to draw attention for him so that people will be at least curious and google to find out who he really is.
Rain doesn't need to be top of the poll. I believe all fans wish is to make him stay on the list(part of 100) and get people notice him. but this turn out to be inviting sour bashing spree.. *sad*
I don't think Rain will be happy to see this as well. one things for sure is Rain definitely bring storm.

He's going down from 19 to 21 in less then 1 minute even though the other ppl vote remain unchanged.

Obviously there are haters that voted him and put the level meter at 0...

Hi ctharyar.. it's just that, I had a feeling a backlash was coming. Not complaining. I think everyone's votes played a major role to keep him on his place, though. If we had let the haters run amok, Rain couldn't have been on the list anymore.

i voted for him. bam, just a question, how come he's got 179.012 votes yet only ranked 21st? could ppl be giving him a very low rank and submitting their votes as such? i think it's cruel and unfair. why vote for him and rate him so low? i just hope that instead of doing that, why not just cast out their votes for a person they really like. the way things are going, i think it's ironic. but you were right when you mentioned that this his 2nd year with Time 100. whether of not he makes it to the top 5 is not a crucial factor to judge him. i respect his talent and i just love rain the way things are.

hey everybody, RAIN has 180,083 votes but his average rating is 70, and now his number is 19 in the list.
STEVE.. has 132,64 votes but his average rating is 93, and now his number is the first in the list.

So that we must keep voting and leave comment. We try best ourself to make him the first.

Hi! alius, At the begining of the voting poll, TIME ranks the candidates based on numbers of votes and rating. then because of fans/supporters, Rain top the poll (whether deserve it or not). Then bashing Rain and complaining began.

Later on, TIME has changed the way they rank the candidates and it's now based on only rating (how high you rate for him, up to 100).
NOW! Rain haters are using this effectively and rate him zero every time they vote. After counting their votes and average them, Rain is down to 20 something eventhough he gets seriously highest votes...

I hope I explain well. this is how I understand the situation...
