Yeah., stevenyeo... Biers have to defend Rain by voting & rating high and at the same time giving constructive and convincing comments.
until HATERS/ANTI scrach their heads, tired and give up "thinking/realising they can't bring Bi/Biers down that easily.

It's been like a day something since Rain's down to 20 something and up a bit and down a bit, now he's at 16th position.
That means Biers' defend is really STRONG...
Let's keep voting!!! We can keep him on the list. Don't let them vote Rain out... Fighting!

2.He's been in few magazines/Newspaper of some countries like Singapore/Thailand/Taiwan and HongKong/Japan.
3.His drama FH has been very consistent and had a high ratings Thailand esp.
4.His Rainyday concerts (before NYC) has been sold out(i guess some?).
5.Has done Cf's abroad

Rain IS "just an entertainer", and in fact he's the only entertainer high up there, so it's bound to raise problems/questions like "who the heck is he?" Looking at the Time blog, I can't help but lose my respect for Time. They should do some major filtering in there coz it doesn't look like the venerable Time at all.

Filter:
- those comments that have nothing in it but Your Name Your City Your Comment. They cant even do that?
- multiple comments particularly those that attack the people in the list (cant even count how many times I saw the word horny)
- comments made by fellow Bi fans that have sexy, cute, or hot in them. C'mon, that doesn't really count for being influential right? All the more reason for antis to bash him.
- comments that have FU** in them. And the worse thing about this is people are FU**ing Time itself! Makes me wonder if Time even reads the comments there...

This is just my opinion though.

Hi! alius, At the begining of the voting poll, TIME ranks the candidates based on numbers of votes and rating. then because of fans/supporters, Rain top the poll (whether deserve it or not). Then bashing Rain and complaining began.

Later on, TIME has changed the way they rank the candidates and it's now based on only rating (how high you rate for him, up to 100).
NOW! Rain haters are using this effectively and rate him zero every time they vote. After counting their votes and average them, Rain is down to 20 something eventhough he gets seriously highest votes...

I hope I explain well. this is how I understand the situation...

thank you Ctharyar for explaining this out for me and others that confused about this whole process. I just rate him 100% on the Time. and it said Avg rating 71%. is it good?? however I cant rate again. I thnk I'll wait til next day to rate him again.

I just went to see the list of candidates, and I realized that doesnt matter how much vote you have, is the ranking matters MOST.....therefore BIERS need to rate/rank him rather than votes . Rain has 242,650 votes but rank 16, Avg Rating is 71%.
Also there's person name Bhumibol Adulyadej has 254,601 votes yet his ranking is 56, Avg Rating is 59%
