Besides, assuming I take my point literally like you did and divided the votes in half (50% pro and 50% anti), how sure are we that every pro vote gave Bi a 100 rating, at the same time every anti vote gave him 0? Who's assuming things here?

I think it was hard for you to pick up how the voting works.
Based on the ratings and the votes. Having a lot of votes doesn't mean he's on top of the list.
He was at N.1 with the rating of 91-97 with 100+thousand of votes. Then....he dropped to #17 with a lower rating (71) but higher # of votes.
Sooo...there were countless of votes against him and pushed him down.

Maybe he's saying that if 50% of those who voted gave 0 and 50% gave 100, then Rain's score would've been 50, but since it's 80, then that means there were just more people giving him a higher rating than the non-fans. Doesn't matter how many more 100s there were, but enough to change the score from 50 to 80. And higher rating doesn't also mean perfect 100 because some fans, well okay I personally, think it's ridiculous to give Rain 100. So that's why his rating isn't higher than it could have been. And Rain slipping down from 90 to 70 is not just the cause of a thousand anti-fans voting over and over again, I don't think they're that zealous to topple Rain. Rowling, Colbert, Sanjaya fans were also downvoting Rain because 1) they don't know who he is, 2) they just want their idol on top, but that doesn't make them anti-fans, right?

Anyway, what is done is done.. I'm just waiting for the US concerts to be confirmed or else I will really give Rain/Star M or whoever the hell the promoters are -100 for this.

Rain will visit Toronto on 11th May

The first news.

Rain, who will have a concert next month in Toronto,
will be visiting Toronto next week in order to publicize his upcoming concert.

He will have a press conference and a meeting with the fans in the area,
and his plans are anticipated to increase the already amazing Hallyuh popularity.

Now to Reporter Suh.

World Star Rain will visit Toronto on the 11th of May and hold his first meeting
with his fans around the area; this is his first visit to Toronto.

Rain had planned on visiting this coming weekend, but due to some of his plans in preparation for his concert,
it had to be postponed to next weekend.

During his 2 night 3 day stay when he arrives, Rain plans to have a press conference,
interviews, and fan meeting and signing; he will have a very busy schedule during his visit.

On the 11th, when he arrives, he plans on having a small fan welcoming.

Then on the 12th, he will meet with the various media station reporters in Toronto for a press conference and interview.
He will also advertise for his Toronto concert on the same day.

On the 13th, Rain plans to have a fan meeting and signing.

After his schedule in Toronto, Rain will head to New York.

To show his thanks for many tickets being purchased after the release of the Toronto concert tickets,
Rain plans to have specially designated tickets.

The person who purchases these tickets will be able to receive a gift set from Rain.

Rain�s June 9th concert, which will be held at the Molson Amphitheatre, has been prepared in a grand scale to match the title of World Tour; his tour is anticipated to increase the amount of growing Hallyuh popularity in Toronto area.

There already has been a few publicity events for his concert, and at these events the interest of Rain�s fans was clear and it is assumed that as the concert date nears, the excitement for the Hallyuh wave will become greater.

Vancouver concert is out.

Also, according to Jay, as of this morning, the Toronto concert is CANCELED for unknown reasons at this point. Rain is scheduled to arrive in Atlanta on May 10th from Spain (for promotional purposes) and he will head to NYC the next day. This scheduled is still being finalized as we speak, the updates will be posted at Rain-USA's website.

Can anybody explain why they would release unconfirmed dates in the first place? Getting fans all hyped up then taking it back? If there won't be any show, then why give a date then? This world tour is a mess. If it's so expensive that no company would like to invest on it, then fine. But don't give us fans false expectations by saying otherwise and not making it possible. With all this false advertising, saying he's having a concert when it's not even sure yet, other potential fans might as well look for someone else to invest on.
