OMG THANKS FOR THOSE CASILLAS PICTURE! i've never seen him with facial hair!!

I don't know about you guys but I don't think what Zidane did was RIGHT, but it's forgiveable. Many people don't realise the sort of pressure players are under. The world cup is watched by a BILLION viewers.

Man you guys don't even KNOW what ronaldo's gf is like, how can you say he deserves someone "nicer". I think as long as he likes her, that's fine. It's not like you guys will ever get to marry him or date him. (sorry to burst a few bubbles)

*I SPOT OWEN!* that must have been when he was still in Real Madrid!!

I really like Zidane's expression in pictures, it's so "cool" and he doesn't try to be hot (it's still working though, zidane)

Thanks Carol for the banner. Fleur rocks for making Owen look sexy!

WHICH reminds me...for ManUtd's South Africa your, they plan on using Dong Fangzhou!!! I really wish he gets that work permit issue settled so he can finally become a regular member of ManUtd's First Squad. They're really going to need him as a striker since Rooney and the other WC participants are still on leave

Gerard Pique
mmm...the eyes...the eyes!!

Anyone have pics of Zidane's family at the final? I heard his kids started to cry when he was carded.

oooh, and any of you know where I can find the article Claude Droussent wrote after the incident? He supposedly criticized Zidane as a father and a husband. WTF? what does that have to do with how he carries out his household roles? He apologized, but still...that's a personal thing.

Years later, in 1996, Zizou faced Francescoli in Tokyo in an Intercontinental Cup game. When the final whistle blew he ran like a child to the Uruguayan to make sure he got to swap shirts with his idol.

AWWWW! Zidane is sooooo cute!

lol, crazy fans.

Zizou rose swiftly as he went from boyhood to manhood. From his boys club Septemes, he went to Cannes, where alleged misgivings about the signing of an Arab were offset by the invitation of a club director, Jean Claude Elineau, for Zidane to move out of the trainees' dormitory he shared with 20 others and come and live in the Elineau family home.

If my husband/bf was a footballer, i'd be wearing his jersey, the flag, painting on my face, and whatever else to show my support.

That picture, I was like, "Wow, look at their sunglasses!" LOL I'm such a loser. It kind of irritates me that they see as a time to look pretty, but....it also makes me wish I were one.

Haha, totally with you Hunnytokki! If I was ever a WAG (which is NEVER, and that is a FACT, even though I wish it weren't dry.gif tears.gif sad.gif ) I'd be dressing up to show my everlasting support for my husband/boyfriend with my lovers' jersey and the flag in my hair. I'd probably make people stand up and do cheers with me, too. LMAO

When I saw that picture, I thought it was so freakin' adorable!! They really are a great couple!

Ahh I noticed the tightie whities as well!! I think it is a rule (I vaguely remember talking to my brother a long time ago about some sport where they had a rule about underwear) or if not, they all prefer to wear it due to all the sweating and....er...I don't want to talk about it anymore. ROFL

They're like granny panties.

omG!! this is the funniest picture!!! When Zidane went to Korea, he was injured, and he had to see a doctor. So he went to Samsung Hospital in Busan, Korea, and he was impressed with their technology and service, and agreed to take a picture with them at the end.

and his face ended up on the ad. I think it's so freaking hilarious. I mean, this guy's worth $96 million dollars, and got nothing for modelling for that hospital. lol.......

^ Haha, I love how he just stands out and it's like, "What's Zidane doing there....sitting with all those Asian people?" LOL That's so cute!

It might be because they move around a lot and they're always jumping up and down and going right and left... Probably just like how dancers have to wear tight underwear... You wouldn't want a certain something moving around all over the place. X_X

LOL I just asked my brother about this, and you're right. They wouldn't want their....egos...to be...er..."running" freely. ROFL I then asked my brother why they don't just wear boxer briefs since they are more appealing than whitie tighties and he says it's because the men can't have any of their undergarments showing out from under their shorts. Against the rules or something or other.

I;ve got some funny behind stories during 2002 world cup. ALl these were revealed by people who met them during the world cup in a korean show, so I guess they're pretty accurate.

Ronaldinho stole a game from the hotel, and got caught later, but the hotel manager gave it to him. I thnk it was a football game.

Ronaldo and Rivaldo Looooooved playing DDR or Pump, whatever you call it.

R. Carlos spent 6 hours at the karaoke singing Ricky Martin songs.

Zidane loved his translator's Samsung Phone, and drank lots of 2% (korean drink). he was very quiet, a gentleman, and didn't speak much.

Kahn brought a box of vegimil (korean soy drink) back to Germany.

Figo liked chatting with girls at the hair salon, and one other Portuguese player had a crush on this pretty salon girl.

Ronaldo gave his underwear and slippers to the man who claimed to be his fan.

raul always kept his room clean. Morientes is supposedly very nice.

the spanish team adopted a dog and took care of it for a month, but they couldn't take it back to Spain. So they let it go.

so cute~
