Hilary doesn't even have a nice voice. So why even sing live when you suck?

Well, what's your basis on her lipsynching? What if she's not, and she's THAT good?

I'm not trying to defend her cause I'm like an uber-HD fan or anything, I just don't think it's fair to say that she lipsynchs all the time.

And some people sound better lipsynching cause they suck live. Take, for instance, Panic! At the Disco...oh geez, I don't ever want to watch any of those AOL Music Sessions ever again

It's probably because she has no real singing talent, most of it was made in the recording studio and she would sound alot worse in public.

Well, Ashlee isn't any better than Hilary. Ashlee's voice is all scratched up and her voice always cracks when she sings. That's why she never sings live. Hilary just can't sing at all.

I wish Hilary would just stick to acting. I think she's a good actor, but singing....not so much. That, and if you're not even going to sing live what's the point in performing then? Really.
And I think it's so funny that Ashlee Simpson was all like, "I don't lipsync, and the one time I did all this happens." I remember, probably a month, before she even did the SNL performance, she performed at some Teen award show, and it was so obvious she was lipsyncing. So not only does (or did, since I think she's learned her lesson) she lipsync, but she lies about it too.
