Can someone help me with IAudio U3?? puttin on text and videos

does anyone have an iaudio u3 and can help me put on text (which file like jpg, etc. and where) and videos(which file avi, wma, etc. and where). Thnx~

isnt this the kind of thign you read in the manual?

or if not then the iAudio site.
