i don't know if this is in the right place.. but it's something related to technology right?? yes..

okay.. since this isn't a trouble shooting questions.. i was wondering..

what programs can enhance videos?? i don't exactly know i'm asking cause my friend just asked me about it.. and now it's making me curious what it does.. and what programs does that..

i'd appreciate it if you give me some info..
cuts and bruises everywhere.. what else is new...?

"enhance" in what way? FCP does this.

i'm not really sure..

i'm thinking maybe make a low file like it's an hd file or something??

what's fcp?
