MPG/MPEG files not fully runnings on WMP Error C00D11D1?

recently ive been having trouble with MPG files and Windows Media Player

sometimes sound plays and no Visual.. and Oppisite..

or sometimes

Error C00D11D1


anyway to fix this or get an Encoder? thank you in Advance!
