We already know she was telling a lie, Cha Tae Hyun said during a radio interview that KJK and YEH were already going out before the filming of Goong.
Goong 1.5 was aired after Goong.

Did CTH really say they were going out, as in dating? Or maybe this was lost in translation... I'm hoping he wasn't joking or anything though.

yeah, i won't blame YEH either for telling the white lie. i think goong 1.5 is scripted too. remember JJH thought initially that they still rehearsed the programme. and when he did hoolahop with YEH, YEH asked him sth and he said that the question was not in the script.

but when PKL mentioned about KJK, isn't YEH still very sweet and smart by cupping the ears of the bear doll and pretending that she couldn't hear PKL? this reminds me of KJK's cupping ears of YEH in the Dangyunhaji battle with Lee Min Ki in Pattaya. by doing this, perhaps she wanted to tell KJK the same thing - she couldn't let him hear what she said!

Also, we can notice how she was sort of whispering when she said she didn't have any boyfriend yet. very brief tone - trying to get the attention away.

I think in Goong 1.5 perhaps PKL was doing a favor for KJK or for both KJK and YEH. I mean she hinted to Goong fans that they should not forget, YEH had a 'complicated' relationship with KJK. they did not discuss how complicated it is though

Now, going back to the scripted issue in xman. i agree that no matter what people said that the show is scripted, they can't deny KJK and YEH's strong chemistry. i don't think that there are scripts for the whole show. maybe just loose scripts, as the general guidelines, we can spot many spontaneous reactions during the show. how KJK looked so blissful after YEH danced for him in Pattaya and that he said the dance he performed was all worth it and that he would prepare more dances in the future. HAAA!!!

i actually admire KJK for admitting he likes YEH very much. look at him, a shy guy, putting lots of courage to admit this! YEH is very lucky i'm glad that they are very close in real life. it always puts us into impatient feeling, trying to figure out if they are really dating or not. well, let's just conclude that they have a very special, close relationship. see the recent hard evidence - the special ring. you know what i mean

Nope he was not joking cause KJK was there panicking and trying to stop him. CTH said that YEH and KJK were going out but not yet in a relationship, and that they are very compatible. He also said that if their relationship is smooth, it'll be great if they can help to manage YEH. (this part kind of confused me because at the beginning of the interview, he said that KJK and YEH were not yet in a relationship yet later on he slips and says "if their relationship is smooth, it'll be great if they can help to manage YEH.")

well, i basically lose interest watching xman after our lovely couple left.
like you said, even if there is, i don't see the couple is as compatible as KJK-YEH.
They passionately match most of their things there, the shirts and accessories, hair color, skin color, etc.

You are right it isn't scripted because some of KJK's fans tried to stalk him one time, they found out which health club he was working out in and tried to wait for him for like a week until one morning they finally got lucky and they finally saw him...but to their surprise guess who was there in the gym with him... they were shocked but as soon as they saw the fans they both hurriedly left.

Take note, this happened before Pattaya, so they have been seeing eachother while he was taking a break.
