laptop router just wondering....

ok i have verzions wireless card for my laptop and where i live its kinda farm country and i was thinking would it be possible to make my laptop send a signal so my x-box 360 could recieve it and thus makeing me able to play my 360 online is this possible if so could you please tell me how i would very gratefull

Anyways this feels like software advice so I guess its just tech...
Use windows interent sharing. I think its called ICS. There are programs that also do this... such as wingate.
I THINK the way you do it is go to Network Connections (should be in control panel) and make a new network connection.
Attach a cat5 crossover network cable between your Xbox and laptop's ethernet port. Crossover is not the same as a straight through or patch cable.

Hope it helps... I used to do that on my PS2 to play Socom because I had dialup. =x people hated me for lagging...
