Ahh I looked through all 20 pages and couldn't find a single review for a mobiBlu >< I fell in love with that like 8 months ago and 2 days ago I FINALLY find it in stock but I don't know if I should buy it for not T____T It's so cute and freaking small!

Looks like this by the way:

does anybody know the sound quality / battery life and stuff? ^^;;

and what you recommend for a video player? (:

I have that! biggrin.gif Its kinda late so I don't have time to write a full review but to answer your questions, the sound quality is pretty good. You can change EQ setting or adjust it to your own liking.
The battery life depends on the format of your song (ie. WMA, MP3, etc.), what your volume setting is on, what bitrate your file is playing.
They say that the battery life is 8-10 hours if you play a WMA on 128 bitrate under a volume of 20. Normally, I play MP3's on various bitrates at about a volume of 17 and it lasts for 7-8 hours.
Even though the MobiBlu is less than 1"x1"x1", I haven't lost it since I got it last December. It comes with a necklace cord type thing so it's always around my neck.
When it's not around my neck, it's in my backpack.
And recently, I tried out the radio function. Reception is okay. Sometimes it gets fuzzy but once I move around a bit, it'll stabilize. I haven't tried recording anything yet.
I probably shoulda tested it on my AP European History teacher during one of his lectures but I kept forgetting.
At first, the buttons are pretty stiff and you kinda have to press hard but after a while, they should get easier to press. Also, they are kinda small but your fingers will adjust in time.

I would continue but my boyfriend is hounding me to sleep. sweatingbullets.gif So I hope I helped a bit. smile.gif

No, it can't, but on the Vision M forum they are taking requests for firmware updates, and hopefully when the newest firmware comes out, it'll be compatible with Korean font =)

Best buy darling.

Lol, i'm not taking any risk with a 300 dollar mp3 player.

oo i wanted to get it from Best Buy...BUT...it was the most expensive out of all the other stores.
I think the cheapest was Circuit City or J&R.....oo but Amazon and Buy.com is the cheapest if you want ot buy it online. Dell would be cheap ONLY if the darn tax and shipping wasn't so expensive. it's only $251!!! but the friggin tax made it like $280 something...@_@

but yea i got it from Amazon...
oo and there are rumours about Best Buy and J&R selling refurbished things behind doors phew.gif ....who knows..
Every song ends but that's no reason not to enjoy the music

After reading all these reviews, I think I am going to buy the Creative zen vision: M [Jumping the bandwagon smile.gif ].
^ Me too, and I think I'm going to buy mine from Amazon. But I have a question, that I'm sure has been asked but I just didn't see it. So, just to make sure it will support my video downloads...does the Creative Zen Vision: M support .avi, .wmv, .asf, and .rmvb files? I'm also wondering if it supports subtitle files. smile.gif

OKAY FINALLY! I'm posting up my Creative Zen Vision: M review ^^;;

Alrighty.
When I first got it, i was like "OH MY GOD! <3333333333". I would just stare at it for like 10 minutes or more because the ZVM is just too beautiful and glossy~
Features:
1. Radio
The first thing I did when I got my baby was to check the sound quality. So I tuned in on the radio. I still don't really know how to change channels ph34r.gif It's a bit confusing and I don't listen to the radio so I don't bother use it - plus who needs radio when you have 30GB of media?!
2. Microphone
Second thing I did was to test out the microphone. I think it's great! It's a little fuzzy but come on, this isn't a voice recorder xP It can record up to 10 hours. Oh yeah, you can also record stuff from the radio.
3. System> Display settings
I love how you can change themes and wallpapers! There are six themes in total; Marine Blue, Sable Black, Ice Blue, Forest Green, Candy Pink, and Pearl White. As for wallpapers, you can set it to any you want from your Pictures folder. For me, I change my wallpaper almost everyday~ Or everytime I browse pictures =P Also, you can change the brightness of the screen. I set it at 10% as some others would set it at 30% or as high as 100%. I think at 100% it's just too bright for my eyes x__x but the colours are realllyyy rich. Oh here's a tip, the lower the % is the more you save the battery life.
4. System> Audio Settings
You can set the play mode as Normal, Repeat track, reapeat all, shuffle, shuffle repeat, or track once. This comes in very handy for me when i want to play all my songs. You can choose a different equalizer; custom EQ, acoustic, classical, disco, jazz, new age, rock, pop, vocal, or simply turn it off.
5.System> Player Settings
This is cute, you can put your name or whatever as the "Owner" of the ZVM ^^ There's a sleeptimer that you can use. I use it when I want music to put me to sleep so i set it to 15 minutes. A shortcut button is ready for you set. I usually set it to Music Library.
6. System > Language
Props for this feature! You can switch the language of the player to any of the following:
English
Brazilian-Portuguese
Dansk
Deutsch
Espanol
Italiano
Nederlands
Norsk
SuomiSvenska
Chinese - simplified
Chinese - traditional
Japanese
Korean
and another one that I can't even type sweatingbullets.gif
7. Extras
The ZVM has some "extras" which include an organizer(calendar, tasks, contacts), removable disk, and a clock.

Software:
It's pretty simple and self-explanatory. It comes with a converter for videos and audios, a media explorer for easy "drag and drop" transfer, and removable disk manager. Did I miss anything? Well I think those are the most essential ones.
------
edit: Some people asked if I can delete the files from the ZVM and computer. Once you transfer any files to the ZVM the files stay there. It's just like copy and pasting on the computer. For example, you copied x-file.avi to your ZVM, it will still be there on your hard drive UNLESS you cut instead of copy. If you want or need to, you CAN delete x-file.avi from your ZVM; it's not permanent!

Battery:
Erm.. I'm not sure how long it lasts when I listen to music.. but for videos, it's about 3 to 4 hours which is pretty accurate according to their default description.

Player interface:
GLOSSY GLOSSY GLOSSY! Which means.. fingerprints grabber AND easily-scratchable dry.gif therefore I use the inside of that cream-ish colour pouch to press the buttons laugh.gif So far I havn't use my bare fingers to touch it =P Oh yes the TOUCHPAD! My my my, I just LOVE gliding on it! At first I wasn't used to it but later on I need to set the sensitivity to high laugh.gif

Overall rating:
9.5/10
That's all for now. I'm tired of typing already xPP I'll come back to edit soooon.

I wanted that Mp4 but I couldn't find it in China. xD And I was dying without music, so I decided to buy a Sansui mp4. I might write a review on it later.

aftter you transfer your music or music video to your zvm can you delete them afterwards?

cuz i think for the ipod you would have to keep the music stored in your computer cuz of the itunes. and if you deleted that song from from the folder you don't have it anymore.. or i dunno (:

^Delete them from where?
I'll tell you this, once you transfer any files to the ZVM the files stay there. It's just like copy and pasting on the computer.

Yay, my review helped someone =D

You know what I realized? This thread is turning into a ZVM thread practically ph34r.gif
