yesterday morning i drank expired milk because no one threw it out and i didn't know it was expired.. i smelled something sour but ignored it and drank the whole cup lol. nasty..

i always check for dates before i eat anything. even if someone offer me a bag of this or that i'll be like.......date?......that's why they always tell me beforehand. "It's NOt expired YET" lol

maybe 10 years ago, when i was 10~ i went over to my uncle's house and stayed there with my cousins for a few weeks (summer, he lived in LA, and at the time we lived in hawaii)..

well we were going thru his freezer and came upon a bucket of haagen daaz icecream! SCORE!

opened it and dug in with our spoons.. for some reason, the top layer of the icecream tasted kinda waxy and funny.. almost tasted like the smell of a dirty freezer. but under that, there seemed to be some "whiter" icecream which tasted somewhat normal.

it wasn't until after we stopped eating and read that label that the thing was expired by 2 years.

2 years...wow. 5 months expired chef boyardee was the latest, but it tasted fine.

i do that also, since food here tends to stay a longer than expected. i remember one time coming home really hungry, and i automatically took some pizza beard out and started eating it. by the time i finished swallowing, i realized there was mold on the bread. i was thinking to myself, "gee, i hope there wasn't any mold on the part i swallowed?"

I don't think I've ever ate anything expired because I check at the expiry date before buying anything. Obsessive ^^;

I ate a mouldy raisin bread 2 years ago...it tasted like wine.

I think I ate something that'd gone bad these few days... I had diarrheo yesterday.

yes, hot cheetoes from school -___-x it was all sour but still crunchy, and i finally looked at the date after three quarters of the bag was finished. hahaha

expired milk is SUPPOSEDLY still good 2 days after the written date =P

i've had expired milk before too =P but i boiled it anyway~ cause i didn't wanna heat it up in the microwave~ so it alll tasted the same to me^^

this kid in my chemistry class....drank a soda pop expired like 3 years ago...while we are doing an experiment with the soda. ugh =.= he said it tastes the same though

Just because a food product is past the expiration date doesnt necessarily mean its bad. Thats the just the date the the manufactuer promises it will last till. Could last another day or even weeks who knows

haha...i hate drinking expired milk! i think i ate some expired food before but it didn't taste expired.
