Are you sure it's not japanese? There is young artist, relatively new called YounHa. I'm pretty sure you are talking about her. She plays the piano, there are flowers and pink all over her video as well.

^ it was on a chinese channel plus although i dont know chinese, i can recognize the language. it's defiitely NOT japanese.
it's not really all about pink, just the balloons part but its a sort of pinnacle point of the mv....?

i do recall quite a few young female singers played piano in their mvs... but none seems to fit the storyline. hmmm...sorry.
