When you opened the file and when you said they're Korean titles, did you see actual hangul or this "Ƽ¹Ìµð¾î °Ë»ö : õ¹«½ºÅׯĴÏ<" ? Because if they were like "Ƽ¹Ìµð¾î °Ë»ö : õ¹«½ºÅׯĴÏ<" it means the file was compressed when the filenames were not in unicode hence they will remain "Ƽ¹Ìµð¾î °Ë»ö : õ¹«½ºÅׯĴÏ<" unless you switch your regional settings to Korean which then will allow you to view the files but I have no idea how you can convert them into unicode.
And same with awdark, I never had problems with foreign characters in WinRar before
