HELLLLLO . I need some help. I bought a iRiver H10 awhile ago with warranty .. so um here's the problem. Is it just me or is the music very static-y if the headphones aren't tightened ? like tightened as to the point where you wrap the headphones around the belt clip ? It's not only the headphones that came with the player but other headphones too. Is it supposed to be like that or is it just mines? because I hate it & it's pissing me off everytime I listen to it lol .. so yeah I can just return it if it's just like a defect or something so someone please tell me :] thankss.

Go back to the store that you bought it at and ask for an exchange if the time period isn't up yet.

Its not the headphones, I have the same problem. If youve already updated the firmware you need to contact where you buoght your player because it should have a 1 year warranty.. Im in the same position as you -.- its really annoying.
