After installing the disc to the USB cable for my 7500i cell phone,
I open up the Sony EricssonFile Manager, and it says "Not Connected"
Also, when I try to install it, it always tell me to go to "please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components .. but I've already installed it? It's a DCU-11 or something.

Yea. If you want to reinstall the software, you have to uninstall it first from Control Panel.
My first recommendation would be to restart your computer after you install the software. (and make sure your phone is plugged in)
If that doesn't work, then check for device conflicts in "Device Manager" and make sure everything there is perfectly fine.
I'm unfamiliar with that type of phone, but see if there is an option on your phone to enable the USB.
And if nothing is working, or you need help doing something, just let us know.
