Donita Rose Ramos Cavett, also known as Donita Rose, Donita, or Donita Rose Villarama) is a former MTV Asia VJ. She was born in Utah, USA on December 5, 1974 and moved to the Philippines when she was five years old. She's the oldest daughter of an American father and Filipina mother and has three siblings.

She currently lives in Singapore with her husband, who works as a Thumbs-Up! Project Manager. The couple married in 2001 and have a son named Joshua Paul Villarama, also known as J.P. (named after her two younger brothers), who was born just a year after her migration to Singapore.
