how do you make those cute little moving pictures, gifs?
just curious and always wanted to know how to make them..

what kind of gifs? just moving pictures? or like small cuts/clips from like shows or something?

cause if its the clip thing you have to capture the frame and paste it onto photoshop --- resize and then transfer it to imageready and umm yeah something like that.

'One picture to another' is a lot easier.

Like JiWONNx3HS said, you need ImageReady and if you want to decorate it- you need Photoshop (at least that's what I do).

I use Ulead Gif Animator to create my gifs. It's very simple. I've tried Imageready before but somehow the quality of my gifs become very bad when saved.
Only learned how to use Ulead Gif Animator recently, took me only 15 minutes to figure out.
For resizing/editing pictures use Photoshop. Save as gifs and insert into the program. Change the orde and frametime of the gifs and finally save as gif.
It's very easy, at least easier than Imageready imo.

image ready is a program that comes with photoshop

you can decorate your pictures on photoshop
and transfer it onto imageready and then make layers/frames and make things visible and invisible at each frame.
