wondering if any of you guys play this... you probably don't need to have this game to help me on my problem though. okay, so i have the first, second, and third cd, but i don't have the last cd to finish the installation. i lost it, so i thought no big deal... i'll just download the last cd. so i downloaded the last cd, burned it on a DVD(ran out of blank CDs), and tried to put it in when it told me to, but no dice.

i'm pretty sure the files that i have on the DVD are the correct ones. do you guys think that i need to burn it on a regular CD, or do i have to do anything special? this is my first time downloading a game and trying to install it so i'm not really sure on what to do.

so anyone a game cracker expert?

when you downloaded WoW from bittorrent (i assume) was it an .iso, .bin, or .cue type file?

If so, download daemon tools to emulate the disc image and install all 4 CDs that way.

fun fact: it isn't illegal to download anything licensed as long as you bought your original copy of something >_>

Oh, and yes, Im a game cracker~ i like your domo pic too

yeah, do what hanpil said...

if it doesn't work, and if the WOW installer is a regular MSI package, you can copy all the install data over into a folder on the HDD (maintaining directory structure) and run the install from there... MSI packages tend to ignore disc location/verification stuff when installing off HDD... if it still doesn't work, you can open the MSI file in orca and just change the values for the fourth disc
