Guys, I have a question.
What if I decide to go to someplace else [Korea] for a summer program, would I be able to get college credit?

the thing is that i'm a junior in hs. and i want to go to summer programs in different countries. so i wanted to see if I would get credit for taking summer programs. and maybe i can put it on my college apps.

u'll need to talk to the head of the program.. if its at a univ it should work and u should be able to get some kind of elective crds for either hs or college [mostly hs].
if the program is fo educademic wise, i sure u can put it on ur application anyways, just to show that uve done something as such.. itll help boost up the application as an extra curricular activity ;d if that makes any sense ==;;;

Like the other guy said, you won't get credit for anything unless your summer program was at a university. Doesn't matter if the university's in Korea or California.
Most likely, you'll get credit for the course. When the summer program has ended, ask for a transcript to forward to your actual college.

hmm may I ask if you know any programs in Korea for a hs student? So far I've found [lots] in China, Japan, and in France but I can't seem to find well known programs in Korea, only the college programs like Yonsei etc.
