Does anybody have this camera? Any pros, cons?

Mine's coming in about two days but I was just wondering, should I buy a 1GB memory stick for it?

i have that camera.. maybe my only problem with it is the battery life..

and yeah, i think you should buy the 1gb memory stick, because when i had the original memory stick that they gave us, it can only hold like about 15 pictures ><

ah the camera of death. i've heard a lot of complaints about it... i'd have gotten the n1 for the touch screen. anyway my brother has that and he's constantly cleaning the screen because since he's right handed and the screen's on the right, he always smudges it with fingerprints.

my mom has it >__>
I don't like it.
just taking normal pictures (wiht normal settings), the pictures blur at the slightest shake of my hand. never happened with my Canon SD100.
the screen gets dirty easily, and the battery life is low..
and the whole format is kind of complicated to use. not many descriptions/labels for the functions so one would have to read the manual to understand everything.

>__<

but yeah, 1gb is good. you can find them for like 40-50 dollars after rebates in some places.

Its a relatively good camera. Sony is all about the style...not so much on the quality. You'll pay a hefty premium for its size where as you could get the Canon SD450 for a similiar price and get much better quality.

I work with cameras all day and I also see T7's returned although thank god they've been discontinued at least where I work. Frankly Sony is clinging to life because of their good name. They dont produce anything very good quality wise except their big screen televisions.

$49.99

Add like a $1 item for free shipping.

Or get two of the pro duo, and some filllers to make $100 and use coupon code 22739351 to get $20 off.

Amazing price considering there are no rebates.

i hate sony cybershots. mine broke after like 4 months and it costs a fortune to fix so i never touched it again. i recommend the canons, but i heard that the one you're getting isn't all that bad either. tell us how it is!

I have this camera..

pros:

small and cute
great to hold around
big screen
clear quality

cons:

blurs a lot while taking pictures
easily breaks

but... like a lot of people said.. Sony Cybershots are made for style...... I actually bought this camera for style too.. lol

sooo... therefore... I love it

i`ve had my sony cyber shot T33 for one years now, still good. i like it coz its small. i recommend you get a 1 gig memory stick coz 5 mega pixals photos take lots of memory.

My friend has had this camera for as long as it's been released and now it's screwed up , the display doesn't show up on it, something about the lens.

its an alright camera, in low light situations its so hard to take a nice clear pic without flash. the video is not all that great either you cant zoom while filming. a 1 gig stick will give you about 3,500 5.1 mp pics and 10,000 vga email pix. 40min of video on highest setting. the battery last about 1hr if you shoot nonstop. but the good thing is it charges up really quick. id say about 1-1 1/2 hrs.

AHH Exactly how i feel!! sry to all those SOny cybershot fans out there...
but mine broke so quickly...and it would've costed more than half the cam price JSUt to fix it...
so i decided to just get a Canon instead...

SO i got the Canon A610--which I LOVE now...especially the flippable LCD screen.happy.gif and pretty nice quality too....cheaper but more practical than the SD's
