I was re-reading it last night (I have volume 1-4) and I thought it's a good Korean manhwa too.
Has anyone else heard of it?

I scanned the covers and some samples pages of my own.
The clothes they wear on the cover has nothing to do with the manga (it's more like the characterse are cosplaying on the cover I guess)

Don't they translate this through irc in English on that site? I'm assuming that's what that site does (I never download scanlations so I have no clue). Or that place just scans the Chinese version and don't actually translate them to English?
Nevermind, it says they are raw scans meaning they are Chinese scans and the site DOES NOT translate them. =P They have Chocolat too (only 1-4 though) and a lot of the same mangas I have they provide the raw scans in Chinese as well. If you can read Chinese it's the place to be. (I prefer reading the actual manga as a book, not scans though so I never download scans)
The sypnosis says something like:
Two sisters Juhie and Jurie are nothing like!
Older sister Juhie is quiet and reserved (?), younger sister Jurie is cute and wants to be pampered.
The secret of two sisters' dream of happiness and success. The princess of the 21st century doesn't want to wait for the fairy anymore, she wants to create her future with her own hands.
^That doesn't tell you much about the manga. There's a lot more to it than that. I have not found a place that's scanlating this in English....(unless someone finds it or know of it let me know or post here please!)
I'm thinking about scanlating this like I did Chocolat but if it's already started by someone then I won't have to do anything. I mean just like Chocolat, I have 1-4 of this (and most likely won't be able to get more) so I don't have the ending or anything so it'll leave people hanging again at the end of volume 4. And besides, I am not really motivated to keep up with doing scanlations like I did with Chocolat....(which I had a lot of fun doing) and I like that one so much more too

For your information, the manwha u mentioned has yet to be taken up by any groups..
so yeah, i reckon u can do it! i think its good as well a pity i only has vol 1 -2 of it:P...btw there's another good manwha which cshoujo scans..not sure whether u've heard of it..its called lover discovery : its really a good manwha
