Since Catherine requested to hear me sing 江南, here it is.

Personally I really don't like the parts between 2:00 - 2:17.
It's in both the original and the instrumental.
I don't understand why JJ did that, I just can't stand it.

I messed up the lyrics at the very beginning and I noticed it after I finished recording...
so I didn't bother fixing it. but the correct lyrics should be 風到這裏就"是粘" instead of "思念"
I blame it on the incorrect lyrics I found.

Wonderful job. (: I don't really like the part between 2:00 - 2:17. I don't know why, but it reminds me of Jay Chou's - Fa Ru Xue's ending where he goes "Lar larlarlar lar .. etc." Good pronounciation. Anyway, I think this was a good clip.
Although I think you should have sang it with that dreamy effect that JJ Lin did on the verse in the beginning. Like it feels like cold wind blowing towards me whenever I listen to him sing that part... hard to explain.. It gives me shivers during that part. So, if you sang it with more "feeling," it would be better.

I like this clip though. I like it when you sing JJ Lin songs...

okay now about the song...--- i noticed the "si nian" thing at the beginning. ahah. your beginning was a little bit hard. haha. but that's okay. lol and i remember hearing something about ur quality from one of nan's reply a while ago. haha. i dunno why but it sounds like u strained on some of the high parts but that's not really noticable. haha. i just listened to ur singing alot. haha. i love that "whiny" sound haha. whao, nice voice... and I think the "dreamy" affect in JJ's original came from the editting not his voice... -__- but how I wish it was real. And personally, I'm not a fan of the "whiney" thing after the high notes.... dude singers should stay away from that... but since the girly voice thing is in, you're smack on, trend-wise! Have you ever taken lessons? Vocals? cause you're gooooooooooood! Should go professional!

PS: I thought the lyrics were supposed to be 三寸石上面... and oh my god, love the lyrics!

haha..did anyone ever said u sound like Jay Chou..esp at the high notes and some other parts..lol..I think u jus need more emotions while singing...otherwise u realli sound like Jay singing JJ's song..haha..overall you're realli good in singing...

Heard ya other songs..you're very good at high notes...maybe polish on R&B endings and you'll be great!
