I'm a full-time student (40 hrs/week) and I work on weekends (Fri-Sun) doing construction. Yeah, it's tiring, but once you get into the swing of things, it isn't so bad. It also helps a lot if you like your classes and job. smile.gif

I have a full time job [ everyday 7-5pm and Saturdays 9-5pm] and a full time student [ 18 Units] I do it everyday... it's not bad you just have to have the drive to do so, plus if you love your job and school. So far both are enjoyable. One thing I noticied though is now since school started I really don't have a life hahaha -0- at least I'll be done with school soon enough.

It really isn't that much different than going to classes and studying all day. For me, school is really like a full-time job with major overtime, and after awhile, I've just gotten use to spending my time studying all day. Every now and then, I feel like I'm stressed out, but it has been almost two months and I've been doing just great.

Of course, where would I be without my friend, coffee?

How do you do it??? You amaze me!!!
I worked as a pharmacy technician in the pharmacy my soph. year in college and took 18 credits, and it made me have no life and depressed man, ack, bad year for me.

So this year, no work for me at all, and it's a lot better smile.gif Perhaps too good since i am online way too much XD

Real work can be harsh. I work but it's only workstudy. I do nothing there so no stress but it takes away my time.

6 classes and 45 hours of work/week. Been at it for over two years now, so I am kind of used to it. I also commute to school 45 mins each way.
I want to be the one in front of you...just like that guy.

i've heard of people full time student and work..and i've always admired them, but gosh.i just can't do it..15 units plus 19-20 hours of work is literally killing me..

i guess those who work and study at the same time must be very passionate about it..

by the way, I have to agree with "exhausting" because every time I went home from school for work..I felt like so tired..and the word hell fits well..I wish I could tell my boss I can have a day off, but then thinking that I need money to pay..oh gosh..and then thinking if I have a day off my supervisor will be pissed..so..err...then I contined to work...and then I lost the feeling of being exhaused..

Sometimes work can help you reduce stress too...when I have family problems, going to work helps a lot so working isn't that bad..I guess...it takes you always from the life you are in lol..but it can be equally toturing...seeing the fall walls...aiya...

classes m&w, 10-4 p.m. then work wed-sun. 8pm-6am. You get used to it. It's really not hard, you just have to use your time wisely.

yeah i work and go to college at the same time... it's tiring when you have assignments and what not to rush to begin with...

but i find its one of those things you learn to get used to once you've done it for a while, and it's not thhhhhhat bad. like it's doable.. a little tiring, but definitely possible haha =)

get a tutoring job. less hour + good pay = $$$$ + free time. I tutor math to lil kid and i get $14CAD/ hr, not too bad pay. or get a job on campus, they can probably arrange sth with ur schedule.
