Yeah so I was shopping in my local yellow man's food shop today and randomly bought a pack of Kimchee!

so as its Korean and i'm thinknig of making a korean meal type thing with it.... (not sure it will be sucessful) and yeah i'm arrogant and dumb and dont know one thing about korean food.

so what is normally in a korean meal?

Kimchee soup and a bit of rice? and how many other types of dishes would you normally have with it as well?

Any recipe's are sites i can find would be great! Thanks!

i learned that eating kimchi with just rice is kinda low class. my parents used to always tell me (i was little and didnt like eating k food) when they were students they had to eat kimchi and rice because there were no other side dishes their parents could afford to make.

learn how to make kimchi jigae (stew), kimchi gook (soup) with soybean sprouts, and buy other side dishes. it will really enhances the korean way of eating

kimchee goes with almost everything. It's in every Korean meal basically. It really does taste great with everything. Try it with bean sprout or seaweed soup. Go to Cook Korean website for some recipes for other Korean food. If you don't have the time or are too lazy to cook, eating kimchee with seasoned seaweed and rice is really good too. Making the steamed egg dish goes along well with that. Well, enjoy your meal!!

lol I like eating kimchi with Italian food...like spaghetti and stuff.

If you want to make something Korean...you could try making kimchi dumplings (steamed or fried). Mash up the meat, onions, garlic, etc. with kimchi as your filling. Stuff them in the dumpling dough wrapping and then boil/fry. It's pretty good smile.gif
