Which korean group/artist had the greatest influence in Korea in the 90's?
Seo Taiji and Boys.
The best korean group/artist in the '90's?
H.O.T. (I wish!) There's actually a lot of groups/solos that can fight for this title. It's too hard to choose just one.
What kind of best are you looking for? Best music? Best sellers (in terms of albums)? Best fandom? Best history?

i was like 2 years old back in '92 but i remember some catchy tunes. seo taiji was most catchy for me, my mom told me stories where i'd just go "nan ara yo!" when i was like 4 lol
i've just recently been collecting older songs and i think one difference between now and then songs are....less complications? in terms of beat and the lengthiness of lyrics. compare fighter from ss501 and hae sang from turbo...older songs arent as loud in terms of using rock elements everywhere. hope you get a good grade!

H.O.T. was best in my opinion.
As for the question in the first post... I'm still learning more and more about Kpop. I honestly wouldn't know who the most influential was until I learn more. ^^;

2 different questions.

Seo Taiji and Boys.
They're not the only ones, but they influenced a lot of today's (starting from early 90's) gasoo--I've heard many of them say that it was Taiji and Boys that made them want to be musicians/gasoo themselves.
