does anyone know if crunches really help tone your tummy??? then how many should be done?? i did like 100 a day but saw no results so i gave up. should i restart doing them again??
for any type of ab exercise, you will get the best results if you suck in your stomach (the technical term is not "suck in" but, try to make your stomach skinnier) then tighten your abs.. then do the crunches/situps/or any other type of ab exercise.

i have a question after u exercise can u eat ? or i have to wait a few minutes to eat? cuz today i exercise for lik 45 mins then i ate and i feel so sick, i felt like vomiting
hahhaha of course you can eat silly~~~
But if you worked out for 30 minutes to 1 hour then wait 30 minutes to 1 hour before eating again or else...that work out you did....it's useless! and YES YOU WILL FEEL SICK!!!
And if you are eating.......try smaller portions! I know most people eat like in HUGE CHUNKS after they work out because they think "oh it is ok~~ I burned a lot of calories so it's alright to eat this much!"

does anybody kno how many calories biking burns? anndd which exercises burn the most fat and calories? thankks!
biking can be difficult if ur using the machine because u have to go rly fast consistently to burn calories if u slow down then ur not rly burning much ...if ur biking outdoors and doing a good course then its better like with some slope going up and stuff. biking can tone your butt and stuff too so its cool,.
people always told me swimming burned lots of calories but i felt myself building so much muscle in my arms and calves and lol that wasn't rly my goal so i suggest jogging, jump roping, dieting and staying active try not to stay home.
I don't want to lose alot of weight since I'm still quite skinny but I want to lose my semi-chubby stomach. Anything I can do? ^__^
same here i only want to lose weight in a spot on my tummy and maybe a tiny bit off my thighs
i started doing periodic sit-ups through out the day like 50 here, 50 there, 50 there. instead of like 300 at once and not wanting to do it ever again. it feels like its working but theres not much visual difference yet kus i'm only on day 3

I have another question would eating salad make u fat? is it better than a regular meal? i know its healthy and all but i was eating wendys chicken salad for dinner (it has cheese, chicken, ranch dressing, tomatoes, lettuce ,etc) and it was huge after i feel so bloated

Goal: 110-120
It's hard to stick with my plan so basically I've gained & lost weight. I've definitely lost some of my tummy & my legs feel skinnier even though I haven't lost that much weight.

I go to fitness center and eat less (or not eat at all) for the dinner or after 6 pm.
Hope it will work out....
