i am extreamly large so the 10kg (22lbs) was only fat and i have alot of fat to go.
after when you lose the fat most of your body will have lose skin and you start to tone up.
as you are toning up, your muscles start to get tighter and you weight goes. however, it doesnt mean you are
fat , its just you are
starting to have muscle on your body .
dont over exercise , my sister, she does 2hrs a day on the tredmill and eat what i ate and only lost 400g,
because her fat turned into muscle .
rule 1: dont weigh in everyday, monthly weigh ins are better !
rule 2: you cant lose alot of weight everyday, keep it slow
rule 3: dont skip meals, and no late night snacks
rule 4 if you skip meals u cant eat it combined with another meal. eg, brunch
Note: my current weight is 98kg (216lbs) <--- that is called obese
and i dont care what other peoples say, i still love myself !
