How do you expect to have energy to exercise?
Also, the MAJOR problem with this is that your body will go into starvation mode and you'll lose muscle mass. I know you're not body building or anything but if you lose muscle then you're losing your biggest calorie burners and you won't look as toned when you slim down.
The worst part of starving yourself is that once you eat normally so you can maintain your body will store more fat than before. You'll shock your body into thinking that food isn't going to be eaten regularly so it'll store the fat to prepare for the times you starve again.
