about the calves.. jessica simpson's legs are INDEED scary... does yoga help? iono.. my legs are more in shape now.. but they are not like.. stick skinny... some people are just born with the muscle in their calves... sooo.. try long distance running?? i need help with this toooo..

Around how many calories are you suppose to consume when you're trying to lose weight? 1000?

i think the healthy amount is 1500.. but it is alright to go 1200 or somewhere around there.. just don't gooo tooooooo low... someone said awhile back all they are eating is fruits and that's 500 calories a day... THAT's considered ANOREXIC...
just cut back on ALL junk food/soft drinks... you will NOTICE a MAJOR difference in calorie intake.. eat ur meals regularly in small portions. and eat fruits/veggies for snacks... drink only water and tea.. that should cut a LOT of calories...
..... and... take a vitamin pill for nutrients if you are not eating enough...
about the calories per meal.. i am not quite sure.. just stick with the healthy stuff... lean meats.. fish... LESS RICE/CARBS...
errrr... btw... anyone know how the HECK did she achieve this?!

But im going off to university tomorrrow, and you know what they say about first years, and the freshman 15 weight gain!
for those in college, how did you guys maintain an active life? like jogging around campus?

mm i run 3 miles about 3-4 times a week. sounds like a lot but i have to do that much to make up for a lack of change in diet .. i can`t give up food.. i`m such a glutton!
but yes, that's all i wanted to shareee. oh ya. and the reason why my eyes might look bigger on the more recent photos isn't photoshop .. but as i exercised && started losing weight, my ssok ssangapuel became actual ssangapuel, which is pretty cool, because i was almost even considering surgery for that.
and to those determined to get healthy this

however i can't seem to get sore? isn't the soreness a sign you're building muscle? i would love some muscle tone but im not feeling anything. what could i be doing wrong? is it the fact that im ONLY running and not doing other forms of exercise?

i run about 9 minute miles every other day (slow i know but im a recovering smoker and a chubz plus i haven't had PE in 4 yrs) and i try to go a little faster everytime and do extra laps everytime and skip rope at the end for a while

soreness is NOTT a sign of building muscle.. soreness is caused by the release of some pyruvic acid ... i think it gets released ONLY if your body is not used to the excercises you are doing... if your body does not react that way.. it probablly means that you are fit... you are LUCKY that you don't feel sore..
Does anyone know how to lose your back fat?
try YOGA... it seriously helps.. i am noticing this line down my back right now.. err.. that IS a good thing, right?!

I just need to know so that I know how much I should lose. And if I run every 3-4 times a week, would it make my face gradually thin down?
