The hardest part is commitment. ARGH! like one day I said to myself: I must diet! And then a few hours later I feel hungry and search some foods in the cabinets and there I eat snacks, cook instant noodles, eat ice creams etc2!!! And after all that I felt guilty and said, tomorrow I will start diet for sure, but the next day was no different! Oh man.. Any motivational tips??

woo hoo~~!! i've finally lost my goal weights!! I've been dieting ever since last December but kinda gave up until March. LOL. I started at around 125 but now i'm down to 100. I lost weight fast at the beginning b/c i stopped eating after 3. I didnt have time for execerise but then i felt unhealthy so i decided on the whole smaller portions + little excercise and lost an additional 10 lbs. So i've lost 25 lbs in half a year which is ok right? The smaller portion diet was much better than the other one. I feel more energetic and happy with it. Best part of this experience: no more love handles. I feel great! and like my whole life style has changed but i still indulge once in a while....i mean i'm only 17 lol.
Good for you! I don't think the losing 25 pounds in 6 months is bad or anything. That equals out to about 1-2 per week, which is fine. (We'll just ignore the month of March.
I totally understand indulging yourself every once in awhile, take just five minutes ago for example. I walked into the kitchen to find my mom baking cookies for me since I've been so stressed out lately. What can I say to that? I'm proud to say I only took two, but I don't think cookies fit into the diet plan in general.
Other than the cookies, I was totally on my diet today!!!! Only 13 more days to go!!!! (Supposively doing something for 14 days straight will form a habbit.)

I wanna ask what weight of dumbells should i use for arm excersises? I dunno wanna get man arms..........
anyways..AJA everyone.....im on my 4th day and it hard =[
Depends what you want to do...
1. Power Training
2. Strength/Muscle Building
3. Endurance Training
If you want to get man arms than Muscle Building/strength. So anything that you can lift for 6-12 reps and failing between that range will increase strength.
Good luck =]

but i`ve been doing situps
at first even if you just do 10-20 real situps straight without break
the next day your stomach hurts liek crazyy
its hard to bend over
but you still do the situps even though its so painful
after it goes away
& situps really do work
i`ve been doing them for less then a month and my stomach got a lot more toned ^__^
so now i`m doing 50 in a row without break
sigh. now i jsut need to cut down how many times i eat a day x_x

just wondering, but is it bad to jog everyday?
yesterday i pushed myself to do around 15 laps on the track, and ive been going everyday (but usually i do around 4 laps)
and my knees and joints hurt. Should i maybe just jog like...4 times a week?
no its good to do it daily, but if you're really sore, lower the running to a couple times during the week.
after your jog, take a hot bath or shower.

After jogging make sure you cool down and STRETCH =)

I read in a magazine drinking vegetable/fruit juice is good for removing toxins from body and this woman only drinks that and she lost 20 kg's in a month.
Do you think it will be a good idea for detox + weight loss?

Is it good to have a diet that only consist of fruit/vegetable juice??

i think when you start eating normally you'll gain all the weight back.
haha, cus i know this girl who lost like 20+ lbs over the summer with that diet and everyone said she was so pretty and skinny now, but then when she came back to school she looked EXACTLY the same
i think after she started eating other food again she gained it all back.
and that was within like a 2 week span that she gained it back.
just eat normally, smaller portions & exercise!
