I've been reading some comments over this topic and some girls are only like 110 pounds. Come on thats like nothing. I guess you could say I'm overweight a little. Just can't find the motivation, but that's not going to be my excuse.
My family usually eats dinner around 8pm and your suppose to stop eating by 6pm so your food will digest properly. How can I not gain wait if I'm eating dinner at 8?
I have this weird problem, or maybe it's just me. when I wake up I'm not hungry and I can go a whole day without noticing I didn't eat but then when I do realize it I start feeling guilty and start eating, but then I can't control myself after I do. It's self control I know that, I'm pretty sure I dont have any.
I would love to be 110lbs. .:sigh:. lucky girls~...my family eats around 8 as well... about the not being hungry... even if you are not hungry, you need to eat! breakfast is incredibly important. somehow you are going to have make yourself eat something in the morning. not eating all day WILL make you binge later. i've done this before and I end up feeling horrible afterwords.

from monday through friday, i ran NO LESS than mile...sometimes two or more, and a did pilates twice, and yoga session on wed. (for about two hours) on tuesday and thursday, i danced for two hours (im on the poms squad)
i did'nt starve myself. i tried to eat minimal rice. i think i ate kimbap once...and like a small portion another day, but besides that, i definately cut down on my rice intake.
then i wore my sunday pants (the pants that i wear every sunday to church =.='')
and guess wut? they were SO MUCH looser than last week.
i remember last week, it was fit in the thighs, and pretty tight around my waist. but today, it was loose on my thighs and it was comfortable fit on my waist.
i think im on the role!!
my general day would look like this:
+breakfast:oatmeal, a pear, ONE toast (eat breakfast..i used to not eat any but i started eating, and it definately helped)
+snack: cereal (without milkl...just packaged in a ziplock bag) , apple
+lunch: peanut butter sandwich/ chicken sandwich. Fruit
+dinner: ohdeng gook and some kind of noodles.
+snack: orange or other fruit
to slim down, you don't need to pack your day with salads and veggies. i ate things besides green, and i still toned down, and i plan to keep going.
the weekends, i give myself a break....so i do have some snacks (chocopie) and i did eat out @ wendys. but i di'nt get a huge meal like usual, i got chicken nuggets and a potatoe. =)
OH YEA....WATER WATER WATER WATER. i carried a water bottle around.

Anyways here is my list of what to eat and do:
*drink more water
*eat more vegetable even though i hate it
*cut down on rice and only eat a small bowl
*drink more milk to get taller
*exercise more and sleep early (10 at the most unless i have homework)
And tomorrow we are having a pizza party for band so i'm only going to eat 1 piece and that's it.

Anyone here knows any AFFECTIVE way to tone your legs??
My upper part of my body's just right but waiste below is u__u;;..
I tried running but I didn't see any difference in it

My whole life, I've been eating past eight because that's when my parents came home, but I'm determined to eat earlier! Here are my goals:
Lose 7 pounds by the summer
Do yoga 4x a week
eat before 7
Eat more fruits and veggies
Eat less meat
Drink a LOT more water
eat smaller portions of carbs
Take my dog out on a 1 hour walk 4x a week.
Sleep earlier

my goal: i dont have a weight scale... so i just wanna get in shape and look gooood
what im going to do:
-lacrosse practice for 2 hours, 5 days a week
-eat whatever, just in moderation (i know i wont be able to stick to any diet forever, i love food)
-run whenever i can. i get home at like 6 after school and then i have homework, so its hard. probably 2-3 times a week of 30 minute runs

Must be <100lb by summer. XD I'm 106lb now, but I'd like to shed my chubby cheeks.
me too ;__; is there a way?
Im just a little over weight.. would it be possible that its just fat? and I'll loose the chubby cheeks if i just loose weight in general (but im going to loose weight anyways... I MUST I MUST!!! *so determined* =b)

10-15 pounds gain...thats gross...and muscle turned to fat..
o man summer is way too soon..geesss
start by healthy diet i guess...over eating..
cut down the stress...
get more sleep..
less chocolate...

no. i do both. yoga is definately more stretching and targeting the "mind" it helps u relax a lot more and because your breathing and stretching, you get very lean muslces instead of big bulky ones.
pilates is more workoutish. u work more muscles rather than stretching. but u also get toned.
but a lot of the moves are related. both are very good for u

what i'll do:
exercise on friday, sat, and sun (days i'm off from work and school)
stop drinking pop
stop eating late at night
cut back on sweets

i'm planning to go boxing or something to lose some fat from my arms.. hehehe
i'm not overweight but i think it'd benefit me if i can lose some more.. i dont eat unhealthy stuff too much.. but i eat a lot..

my aunts make fun of me for being fat (well isnt that that all relatives do)
i seriously need to loose the chubby cheeks they are cute and all but it makes my face look fat if i have my hair in a certain way
