i use to work at a bakery.. i want to lose weight now..

Start of summer: 86 lbs
Now (almost 4 months): 98 lbs
Everytime I weighed myself, I was like ~aish! Another pound and a half. And I'm only 4'10-4'11~ish.
I've been exercising lately, but still can't get rid of that weight? Anyone know how I can? And maybe grow taller?
I was planning to go learn to swim, but my aunt said she tried that and it didn't help her grow taller, just made her calves more muscular and her shoulders too. =/

i am 5'6" and weigh a little over 120 lbs... i really hope that by the end of this (school) year i can slim down to 110 lbs.
are there any tips? suggestions? EFFECTIVE diets? ive been working out but instead of losing weight, i am only gaining and not slimming at all.

im not sure.. cuz im like 5'5" and no where near 120.. i think if you became 110..
you would look anorexic.. but hey.. thats my opinion based on my knowledge.. >>which isnt very much<<

but about you working out and gaining.. it is PROBABLY you gaining muscle
if your clothes are like looser than usual.. than you're losing weight..
i dealt with the same problem..
i was getting slimmer but was not losing weight and.
i was watching OPRA.. she said.. dont weigh yourself for like 2-3 months cuz as you exercise
you can gain about 5 or more pounds of water weight..

hmm yes i understand that perhaps it is muscle that im gaining.. but my goal isnt really to get buff, but more really to slim down. trust me, if i went down to 110 i definately wouldnt look anorexic... i think 120 is around average weight? but it definately isnt thin! and im hoping that i can lose this excess fat on me ^^:~

ive decided to turn vegetarian now cuz i just binged....and i swear its going to be my last time for binging ..eating way after 6pm :/
i really need some more motivation...

If you want to get rid of fat, do a lot of reps with light weights. Plus cardio and healthy eating blah blah...you know.

i know personally that i want to have less wide hip and chest bones but it will never happen because my bones are just bigger than a lot of my petite framed friends; plus i have a lot more muscle underneath my fat. what i am getting at is that i want to lose weight not to be skinny like my friends but just to feel better. i don't like the way i look and i want to change.
besides, leading a healthier lifestyle is good in all aspects. i never liked it when people say the reason why others want to lose weight is because they don't love their bodies and themselves. some people love themselves the way they are but they just want to look a little better.
change is always a good thing so keep it up! motivation motivation motivation!

run a mile or two everyday.
my friend ran for 3 miles everyday for two months and during the afternoon she swam 90 laps. yes it's true deadass
guess what? she turned from size 14 to size 0. when i saw her, she was gorgeous. she's just like a model except not as tall as them LOL
you should see all the guys' eyes O_O. worse than my amazed eyes. ima try that during the summer but not as much as 3 miles and 90 laps lol maybe like 10% of that haha
