I changed my diet.. drastically.. and kept everything else just about the same.
-Stayed away from MOST junk food... I sometimes eat junk food but it's no more than a little once in a while.. not even every day.

-Stayed away from carbs.. especially during lunch. I don't have carbs for every meal. I have Some carbs for breakfast to get my day going, salad/some other carbless food for lunch, and half a bowl of rice for dinner (of course with all the other chinese dishes). I'm going to try to get some yogurt into my diet.. especially for breakfast.. and I've changed my cereal to the healthiest.. and not so good tasting thing but I can deal... Raisin Bran.

-I am drinking lots more water.. and I've been starting to feel thirsty without it.. and I've also eaten fruits everyday.. ranged from mainly apples to watermelon, cantaloupe, pear, etc.

-My only exercise, still, is Tennis.. and that's going to be over soon.. but I will try to find some other exercise to do.

-I'm still using my car @_@ I can't wake up early enough to walk to the bus stop.

Since this seems to be a rapid weight loss.. I have a feeling it's water weight dry.gif but I swear I dont have that much water in my system @___@ since I didn't drink water often back then.. Oh well.. I'm going to keep on going with this diet thing and see how far it will get me before it reaches a flat plane.. then I'll have to step it up @_@

By the way.. any good workouts to tone the lower arm.. the bye-bye flapping arm.. that seems really chubby for me.. as well as from waist down.

Fruits are good in moderation...so don't eat too many. You should probably stay away from watermelon though. 72~80 for the GI level.

^ thats like impossible but it depends from person to person as some say they dont lose any. but whatever. but boobs are like 100% fat, if you lose fat, they shrink.

get a stuffed bra.

so there's NO WAY to lose fat from your cheeks/face? -__-;; I don't LOOK chubby (5'5" and 120ish) but all my fat is in my cheeks/babyfat, haha... I hate my cheeks @_@

^ That's why you do facial excercises. There was a thread about facial excercises somewhere around the health, beauty, & fashion thread. Go look for it, rofl. Plus, I really think chewing gum helps with your face. Because, you're moving your mouth a lot so yeah. My friend, she chews gum like 24 / 7 and her face is like fit and she has a nice jawline. happy.gif

When I run, I always feel as if I'm ONLY working out my calves. It's practically the only place I feel pain. Is it just me or do you guys feel that too? Ughhhh I don't want big calves. I want to lose fat all over! It doesn't seem to be working though sad.gif

they say you lose weight, you lose it from your face first.

but thats not always the case. like YEH (she cheated but watever), she lost weight from her body but her face was getting fatter

rofl. it's kinda sad when they shrink together with the rest of the fats. and i still find people who manage to maintain the size...amazing. anyone's able to do so???

padded bra is a good idea but it's not part of the body afterall...

i lost around 25 lbs and my boobs didn't shrink o_o. i think they got bigger..HAHAHA. word.

Okay, so I guess I should start exercising again. This is like the third time I've said that.
Anyways, I was just wondering how far (like distance-wise) should I AT LEAST walk in order to get the best results?
Because I can't jog consistently for a long time, let alone run (yes I'm THAT out of shape) so I have to walk.

So yeah.

Or you can take it slow and build it up.
But just walk for at least 20 minutes at a kinda fast pace.

I have this massive problem where I night binge when I have heaps of homework and have to stay up late! I just can't stop eating=[ I try to eat healthy during the day but it all stuffs up at night time =[ I', 132 pounds at 5 foot 4 and I wanna lose 20 pounds by January...think its possible ?
